They Really Do Care

I am writing to record a note of appreciation for the good service that I received while and still attending Dr Novikova practice. Dr Novikova is a remarkable gynaecologist in Cape Town and she knows exactly what she is doing and offers a full explanation leaving you as the patient fully informed. She is precise, very time conscious, she’s FANTASTIC and I can say the same for her staff. Her explanation of a situation gives a clear idea of what is going on with you. She knows how best to solve and save the situation.

I believe she is also blessed with healing hands…I felt safe and comfortable with her. I find that the service and the true concern for me as a patient motivated me to abandon plans on using a free or near-free service. The personal touch to solving minor issues is worth more than I can express. DR Novikova made me feel that I was in safe hands. “I have always been able to talk to her and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family and I would not consider changing doctors.” “They always treat me with tender loving care. Because they do care.” “I was truly impressed with your nice facility and the caring staff and friends can-do attitude and smiles. Thank you so much for providing such wonderful service! I even started recommending my friends, family and work colleagues to make an appointment and meet the good DOCTOR… YES, SHE IS FANTASTIC !!!!!
