WE STRIVE TO KEEP OUR PATIENTS SAFE AND FOLLOW VERY STRICT DISINFECTION PROCEDURES AND SOCIAL DISTANCING.

  • we introduced hand sanitizing for all patients/visitors on arrival to the practice.
  • we disinfect all surfaces several times a day in our waiting and reception area.
  • we disinfect all surfaces after each patient in our examination/consultation rooms.
  • we space our patient’s appointments to minimise patient contact in the waiting area.
  • we offer video/phone consultations via Cliniko and WhatsApp.
  • we follow NCID guidelines for our staff in terms of self-quarantine and isolation in case of flu symptoms or contact with known COVID-19 case or flu symptoms of anyone in the household of the staff member.
  • we perform a temperature check at the start of the shift of all staff.
  • all patients and staff are to wear masks at all times at the practice.
  • all patients are asked to follow screening guidelines that we sent before their visit.
  • all patients and staff to practice distancing – keeping away from another person at 1.8 m.
  • we have several waiting areas and we separate patients who are waiting.
  • Dr Novikova has always provided disposable gowns for her patients this continues during the pandemic.
