- we follow NCID guidelines for our staff in terms of self-quarantine and isolation in case of flu symptoms or contact with known COVID-19 case or flu symptoms of anyone in the household of the staff member.
- we perform a temperature check at the start of the shift of all staff.
- all patients and staff are to wear masks at all times at the practice.
- all patients are asked to follow screening guidelines that we sent before their visit.
- all patients and staff to practice distancing – keeping away from another person at 1.8 m.
- we have several waiting areas and we separate patients who are waiting.
- Dr Novikova has always provided disposable gowns for her patients this continues during the pandemic.
